ESTOPPELS-Title Companies: Please send all estoppel requests to our Accounting Department, accounting@coastalrealtyfl.com. or mail to ACCOUNTING, Coastal Realty, 3942 A1A South, St. Augustine, Florida 32080. There is a charge of $250 paid at the closing of the unit, by separate check. Any questions, please contact Connie at 904-471-6606 Extension 120.

There is a fee charged for these Questionnaires which must be paid in advance. Please allow three business days for turnaround. To pay this fee, ($150) go to www.coastalrealtyassociations.com and select tab “Realtor/Estoppel Requests/Condo Questionnaires and pay as a guest through Pay Pal.
Once paid, please send copy of receipt along with the Condo Questionnaire to Associations@coastalrealtyfl.com. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION IS INCLUDED with the payment receipt sent. (Unit number-Seller-Loan number)
